Shiloh House was managing their website internally with their IT department. They approached 10for2 in an effort to modernize and update the site with a new look. The marketing department also wanted to be able to make their own updates as needed in an effort to streamline the process of keeping the site current.
We built the site by creating a custom Bootstrap WordPress theme based on Underscores.me. This allowed us to have complete control of the design while using the best responsive framework available. We also customized the backend dashboard in an effort to allow their administrators to make their own updates easily and quickly. They are now able to post upcoming events and job openings as soon as possible, without waiting on other departments for website approval.
As for analytics, we installed heatmap tracking, courtesy of HotJar, that allows us to see and record how visitors are using the site. This allows us to tweak the design and conversion funnel as needed to provide site visitors the information they need without getting lost in the site.
