Palmetto Transportation came to us with a desire to re-brand their new company direction. Formally a taxi service, Palmetto was moving towards a luxury private car service and needed marketing efforts for their online presence. Brand Marketing efforts included:
- New WordPress website with ride booking integration
- Multiple versions created of their logo for various social media platforms
- Social media page creation and face-lifts
- Web hosting and email setup
- Local SEO
- Analytics and heat map tracking reporting
WordPress Web Development
We were able to build Palmetto a responsive website in WordPress utilizing their existing booking software. This enabled their company to have their website quote requests and appointments tie directly into their back-end system, seamlessly integrated to save time managing the business. The site itself was branded to represent their new luxurious style, and calls to action were carefully implemented to increase ride booking conversion of their website’s visitors. Optimization techniques were used to ensure the site loaded fast and reliably, and responsive design ensured it looks great across all devices.
We also partnered with White Specs Creative to put together a logo package for use all over the web. Although PT already had a nicely designed logo, they needed several variations and shapes to accommodate all the current needs of today’s web and social media platforms. White Specs was able to take their existing logo and create a universal brand which we then implemented across Facebook, Google +, LinkedIn, Google Business Pages, and etc. Cover photos were created from site imagery to provide a common theme across the board.
Search Engine Optimization
Having a shiny new website is nice, but if customers can’t find it, it’s a wasted effort. 10for2 built out an on-page optimization package to ensure the site could be found in search engines. Redirects were created from the old site’s pages to corresponding pages on the new site so as to not loose their existing page rank. We also developed a Local SEO strategy to give PT an edge for users searching their services in their coverage area.
Analytics and Tracking
10for2 setup Google Analytics to track site visitors and how they use the new website. Ongoing reports are are reviewed monthly to determine how well the site perfoems and look for areas of customer acquisition opportunity. We also utilize heatmap tracking to see exactly what users click on, how they move through the site, and where potential drop off points lie.
